Abstract

This article recollects my professional career over more than two decades dedicated to both producing and disseminating culture, notably Brazilian popular music, that is, associated with the use of media in its various forms. Clinical psychologist, with a Master's and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Psychology of the University of São Paulo, IP-USP, currently in my second doctorate, this time in Social Science, at the State University of Campinas, UNICAMP, considered that the time lived in the midst of creativity, talent, the joy in providing moments of emotion and fun for people, during the 1980s and 1990s – and lots of improvisations! – colored my vision and expanded my view of the world and humanity. Involved in both music and media, I was able to participate in MusiMid meetings with great satisfaction, filling with theories the many experiences I had had – I bring some of them, in the form of memories of what I experienced and what I believe is worth living.
